FMB member B N Kaushal Limited (B N K Construction) from Moseley, Birmingham, is a construction company with a talent for 'green' building.

The FMB Master Builder of the Year Awards also has two categories for green builders;

  • Waste Minimisation - Builder who demonstrates the adoption of best practice, designed to minimise waste and disposal costs, increase resource efficiency and increase profits.
  • Energy Efficiency - Project that demonstrates the best use of energy efficiency features, designed to save energy, reduce costs and the overall environmental impact.

These annual awards celebrate the outstanding work delivered by the vast majority of builders who can only be nominated by highly satisfied clients.
